Planting Peas

This past weekend, I sowed the next seeds on my list: peas!

I direct-sowed Oregon Giant Snow Peas and Sugar Snap Pole Peas in the outdoor garden space around the tomato cage poles, so they would have something to climb.

I also added a wire mesh around the cage to hopefully deter the rats from digging.

After that, I sowed a few self-collected sweet pea seeds indoors.

I’m going out of town in a couple of weeks, so I probably won’t be sowing anymore seeds until the last half of February.
